Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) has the power to radically transform teaching and learning experiences in today’s schools. Likewise, bring your own mobile technology devices to this workshop to explore digital age learning via BYOT by completing hands-on activities. Discover how digital tools for blogs, wikis, social media, and projects can encourage literacy, facilitate digital age skills, engage students, and develop learning communities. Realize the learning processes that students undergo in a BYOT environment, and through collaboration, practice and investigate new strategies for implementing BYOT effectively.
